Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase from Northern Pharmacy and Medical Equipment when accompanied by the receipt and in the original sealed packaging. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment in which they were purchased. If you paid cash and the item value is greater than $50 you will be sent a check for the valued amount. 

Returns for merchandise purchased online will not be accepted in stores. All online orders must be returned to Health Mobius LLC, call (630) 325-0050 for more information.

 * All wearable garments, commodes, raised toilet seats, personal hygiene items, and prescription medications are non-refundable. Other exclusions may apply.
